FARGO, N.D. – Home Builders Care of Fargo-Moorhead Foundation, the charitable organization of the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead, is happy to announce this year’s scholarship recipients.
Eighteen students were honored at the HBA of F-M Awards Gala and Annual Meeting in October, including Fulda, M.N., native Conner Lubben. Lubben was awarded a scholarship of $1,000 to continue his education at Minnesota State Community and Technical College (M State).
Lubben is a freshman and currently works for Benjamin Custom Homes in Fargo, N.D. He hopes to continue working for Benjamin Custom Homes for a couple years upon graduation to gain more experience and someday own a business. Lubben is a member of the National Association of Home Builders; Student Chapter at M State. He is excited to get involved and understand the building industry more while growing his connections and networking.
Post-secondary students that are members of an NAHB-affiliated Student Chapter and attending M State, North Dakota State College Science (NDSCS), Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) or North Dakota State University (NDSU) were eligible to apply for scholarships. High school students interested in attending a construction program at M State or NDSCS are encouraged to apply for scholarships in January.

Lubben is the son of Chad and Krissy Lubben, Fulda, and Billy Jo Platt, Morton; and the grandson of Susan Daniels and Doug Lubben, all of Fulda.
