Fulda Vitality Fitness announces Biggest Loser program for 2019

Fulda Vitality Fitness has announced the information for their Biggest Loser program for 2019.  Weigh-ins began on Thursday, January 3rd and will continue through Saturday, January 12th.

Final weigh-ins will be held Monday through Friday, April 1-5th.

“This is the first year that we will be using teams for Biggest Loser,” Shannon Cowdin, Fulda Vitality Fitness, stated. “Participants can choose to be on a team with me or Matt, or Jen Tiesler. If they don’t want to choose a team, when we complete sign-up, we will then divide everyone into the teams.”

Rules for this year’s Biggest Loser include:

• Must have a Fulda Vitality Fitness membership

• Weigh-ins will be held weekly

• Must complete a minimum of three workouts per week (these do not have to be classes you pay for, we will provide free options)

• Set a goal

Three informative classes from a dietitian will be available to watch online.
