The Murray County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, February 21, 2019 commencing at 7:00 pm in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following requests in the order listed below:
1. Applicant: Lake Shetek Lodge, LLC
Property Location: Lot 1, Valhalla Beach and Lot 7, except the E’ly 15’ thereof, Valhalla Subdivision in Section 1, Mason Township, Murray County
Application: Convert an existing Commercial Planned Unit Development (PUD) to a Commercial and Residential PUD in the Shoreland District of a General Development Lake.
2. Applicant: Ryan Vos
Property Location: E1/2 SE1/4, Section 27, Lowville Township, Murray County
Application: Construct and operate a new feedlot over 300 animal units in the Agriculture District.
