The third meeting on wastewater for Fulda was successful, the council agreed 4 to 1 in approving the offer from PeopleService. The motion was for a three year contract. The company had offered a five year contract. There were others that offered a part time solution to treatment. This meeting presented a third offer to back up the second. This one would provide extra coverage for a monthly retainer plus call out time. Several motions were made that died for lack of a second. A motion was made by Jim Elsing and Randy Dierks to approve a three year contract with PeopleService, to be reviewed again after three years, it passed 4 to 1 with Jim Brown voting no.
