The 2019 Wood Duck Festival Theme – Grow With Us – carried through to the Kiddie Parade held on Friday evening before the Fulda High School band concert.
There were many signs of growth including displays of pretty flowers, and just the various ages and sizes of the children.
The parade started at Fulda Elementary School and processed up the street toward Fulda City Hall, north on St. Paul Avenue and then back to Fulda Elementary School.
