Winter Feed Shak has been named the July Business of the Month by the Fulda Area Community Club. It is located at 307 E. Front Street in Fulda, MN. Lloyd Winter has owned the business since 2007.
Winter Feed Shak offers all kinds of animal feeds, pet and bird food, Bogs boots, softener salt and wood chips.
The building that houses Winter Feed Shak was built by Harold Brandt and George Miller and was known as B & M Garage, which was a Buick franchise. It was also a gas station; and was the Fulda office for New Vision Co-operative, for a time. Robert Barnes owned and operated Barnes Milling from the 1960’s until 2007 in the building. Also located in the building during the 1980’s and 1990’s was Pals Feed Center, operated by Lloyd Pals.
