Solid Rock Church youth do mission work in Haines, Alaska

Solid Rock Church youth from the area, recently returned from a mission trip to Haines, Alaska. The trip was organized through AIM which  is the Assemblies of God’s short-term missions program for high school students. AIM  stands for Ambassadors In Mission.

A team of twelve people including Pastor John Nau, Ann Bullerman, Robin Gehl, Madelyn ODell, Isaac Bullerman, Jared Galicia, Jaxson Tiesler, Alex Cuate, Hannah Bullerman, Moriah Bullerman, Khloe Gehl, and Leighton Gehl left for Alaska on Monday, June 17th. They knew that they were going to provide a four-day Vacation Bible School, a basketball camp, and a cheer leading camp for children ages preschool through 5th grade in Haines. The Vacation Bible School was held on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The group flew to Juneau where they stayed overnight. They then boarded a ferry for the four-hour trip to Haines.
