Fulda Memorial Library will host its annual Edible Book Festival on Tuesday, July 23rd, Mapleview Estates, 6:30 p.m.
Entries are due at the library on Friday, July 19th.
Each entry of edible art must have something to do with books: shapes and/or content, a pun on the book, or be based on a book title, book cover, or book character(s). And, yes, it must be edible! There are sandwich books, leaves of seaweed, cakes, SPAM-books, hot-dog entries, and many more! Anything you can cook up that is book related is welcome. If you need inspiration, just do a Google search for “Edible Book Festival”.
Entries are judged according to different categories and prizes are awarded! This year’s categories are as follows:
People’s Choice
Best Team/Group Entry
Best Business Entry
Best Child Prodigy (under 18)
Punny or Funny
Most Bookish
