The Murray County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 17, 2019, starting at 7:00 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following request:
Applicant: Keith & Dianne Scherbart
Property Location: Government Lot 5, Section 19, Shetek Township, Murray County
Application: To vary from the required setback for a holding tank to the Ordinary High Water Mark of a Natural Environment Lake and from the required setback to a property line.
