NOTICE OF HEARING ON VIEWERS’ REPORT
IN THE MATTER OF THE REDETERMINATION OF BENEFITS
COUNTY DITCH NO. 11
The Murray County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Drainage Authority for County Ditch No. 11, finds as follows: that a proceeding has been commenced for the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited areas and damaged areas of Murray County Ditch No. 11; that said proceeding is now pending; that the Viewers appointed herein have made and filed their report in the office of the Murray County Auditor-Treasurer.
The Murray County Board of Commissioners establishes: Thursday November 19, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., in the Commissioners Room of the Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN as the time and place to hear and consider the Viewer’s Report; and that all persons interested in the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited and damaged areas of Murray County Ditch No. 11, Murray County, Minnesota, are invited to appear and be heard by the Murray County Board of Commissioners, at that time, for or against the proposed proceeding and with respect to any other matters in connection with it.
County Ditch No. 11 provides drainage to portions of Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 23 of Leeds Township and Section 7 of Slayton Township in Murray County.
The redetermined area, which lies over parts of Leeds Township and Slayton Townships all in Murray County contains the following land owners in each section and each political subdivision that may be affected.
Leeds Township Section 10: DENNY M WESSELS TRUST & DEBORAH L WESSELS TRUST, DOUGLAS D & SHARRON SCHAAP
Leeds Township Section 11: DOUGLAS D HALBUR, JAMES SORENSON, MARILYN A BRANDS REV LVG TRUST
