The Murray County Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings on Thursday, November 21, 2019, commencing at 7:00 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following requests in the order listed below:
1. Applicant: Marty Wallin
Property Location: N80’ of Sublot 2 of Lot 2 of Gov Lot 1 Except N10’, and the N10’ of the S316’ of Lot 2 of Gov Lot 1 lying W of CR102, Keeley Island in Section 1, Mason Township, Murray County
Application: To relocate and make dimensional changes of a legal non-conforming structure in the shore impact zone of a general development lake in the Shoreland Residential District.

Property Location: NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 14, Lake Sarah Township, Murray County
Application: To vary from the required setback for a new residential plat to an existing feedlot in the Shoreland Residential District.
