Kindergarten through sixth grade students of Fulda Elementary School presented their annual Christmas Concert on Monday, December 9th.
The theme for this year’s concert was “Let’s Make It Shine!”
Under the direction of Ms. Carolyn Beerman, the concert focused on the various lights that we associate with the Christmas holiday. The concert opened with a piano prelude by Mr. Matthew Saxman and Aiden Appel.
A welcome was given to the audience by Tori Reynolds, followed by the fourth, fifth and sixth grade students performance of “Let’s Make It Shine”, and “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”.
Kindergarten and first grade students sang “Christmas Lights”, “Hanging on the Tree”, “I Am Like a Star”, and “This Little Light of Mine.”
Under the direction of Mr. Matthew Saxman, the fifth and sixth grade band performed “Tyrannosaurus Rocks” and “Christmas Mash-up March.”
Second and third graders entertained the audience with “Christmas Jubilation”, “Sing We Now of Christmas Medley”, and “Let It Shine.”
Closing out the “Let’s Make It Shine” concert were the fourth fifth and sixth graders as they presented “The World Says Merry Christmas”, “Peace Candle Medley”, “Silent Night”, and a reprise of “Let’s Make It Shine”.
