With 174 instructional days scheduled on the 2019-2020 calendar for the Fulda School District, it was great fun for the first grade classes when their teachers suggested that they dress-up to celebrate the 100th day of classes. Their costumes were to take them back 100 years in history.
Shawls, scarves, bathrobes, narrow ties, caps, canes, walkers, and more were used to promote the spirit of the celebration.
As part of the celebration, students in both Mrs. Jen Elness’ class, and Chelsea Noding’s class strung 100 beads to make a 100-Days of School Necklace.
Students in the kindergarten classes applied 100 items to the shirt that they chose to wear for the 100th day of school.
