- Pizza Cookie
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 30 caramels
- 1 -12 oz. package M&M’s
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1-12 oz. package chocolate chips
- White almond bark
- Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour, salt and soda. Mix in oatmeal. Spread in jelly roll pan or large pizza pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Melt caramels and water.
- Spread on crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Drizzle with melted almond bark on top.
- Ham Balls
- 2 1/2 pounds ham
- 2 pounds lean fresh pork
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 1/3 cups brown sugar
- 3 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Mix first 3 ingredients together and add eggs, graham crackers and milk. Form into 25 to 30 balls.
- Pour sauce over ham balls. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Strawberry Coffee Cake
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Combine batter ingredients, except strawberries. Beat for 2 minutes to blend. Spread in a greased 8×8 or 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle berries evenly over batter.
- Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over strawberries.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Broil for the last 5 to 10 minutes golden brown, watch closely.
