The Murray County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2016, commencing at 7:30 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following requests in the order listed below:
Applicant: Woodstock Communications
Property Location: SE1/4, Section 5, Mason Township, Murray County
Application: To erect a telecommunications tower in the Agriculture District.
Applicant: Robert & Nancy Smithback
Property Location: Lots 27 – 32 of Lake Sarah Summer Resort, Outlots L, M and N of Sarah’s Addition, and parts of the vacated beach, the vacated public lands, and vacated township road, in Section 22, Lake Sarah Township, Murray County.
Application: Preliminary plat for re-subdividing existing lots in the Shoreland Residential District on a General Development Lake.
Applicant: Justin Kremer
Property Location: Tract of land in S1/2, Section 20, Bondin Township, Murray County
Application: To construction and operate a new feedlot over 300 animal units (AU) in the Agriculture District.
