To the Editor,
I just wanted to say that I was very disappointed in the write up on the Homecoming Football game in last week’s paper. I eagerly awaited getting my edition in the mail to see their victory on the front page. When I got my copy, I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a mention on the front page, or the next or the next. There on the back page on the bottom right corner, 60 words (60!!) about the Raiders hard fought and awesome game. The Raider football team played an exciting game with the score going back and forth and coming down to the last three minutes of the game. It was a whole team effort and should have gotten more than a mere mention in the town’s paper. This was after all the Homecoming game. I would also like to thank all the people for coming out. The stands were packed and they definetly got their money’s worth. Congratulations to the Fulda Raiders on an awesome game. Hope to see more of them.
