Willis Beckmann loses 52 sheep on Saturday and Sunday as a result of two dogs. Two German Shepherds were caught in the act and both were shot. Loss is expected to be well over $1,000.

The Big Slough Wetlands restoration project reviewed.

Family, friends, and neighbors gathered at the farm site of Judy Kremer to help gather in the crops planted by her husband John on Saturday, which would have been his 46th birthday. Kremer was tragically killed in a farm accident in June when he was knocked from his tractor by a broken tow chain.
