The Murray County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, November 1. First item was to approve the agenda with additions by the members.
Heidi Winter reviewed the warrants with the board, and all were approved for payment. She also explained the process for testing the voting machines for accuracy. Three tests are required with one more before the election.
Ditch inspector Howard Konkol presented the ditch inspection report. He is reviewing all petitions and determining if the repairs have been completed or not. Landowners and contractors are notified if the petition is not signed off on.
The contractor’s bill for looking for the break in the tile line of Judicial Ditch #2, Section 21, Lime Lake Township was denied as there was no standing water observed. Repair of County Ditch #11, Section 11, Leeds Township was approved.
