The Murray County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 16, 2017, commencing at 7:00 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following requests in the order listed below:
1. Applicant: Andrew & Krista Kopperud
Property Location: 16.27 acres in the E1/2 NE1/4, Section 18, Dovray Township, Murray County
Application: To expand an existing vineyard/winery from a small farm winery to a large farm winery in the Shoreland Special Protection Distric
2. Applicant: Beeck’s Gravel & Excavating
Property Location: Part of the SE1/4, Section 1, Belfast Township, Murray County
Application: To open and operate a Gravel Pit in the Agriculture, Shoreland Special Protection, and Flood plain Districts.
3. Applicant: Jeremy Steinle
Property Location: 10.79 acres in the SW1/4 NW1/4, Section 35, Lowville Township, Murray County
Application: To open and operate a dog kennel and training/boarding business in the Agriculture District.
