NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR REMOVAL OF PROPERTY FROM A DRAINAGE SYSTEM
The Murray County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Murray County Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 2, received a petition for removal of property from the Judicial Ditch 2 drainage system, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §103E.805. The waters from the petitioners’ property have been diverted from Judicial Ditch 2 and have become part of Murray County Ditch 35.
A Public Hearing on the petition will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 11:45 a.m. in the Commissioners Room of the Murray County Government Center (2500 28th Street) Slayton MN.
All interested landowners are encouraged to attend.
