The #6 seed Murray County Central/Fulda Warrior wrestlers took on #3 seed Fairmont/Martin County West in the first round of South Section 3AA tournament play on February 16th in Worthington. The Warriors were on a short end of a 72-7 score against the Red Bulls.
Dawson Blankenship, Christian Kuball, and Jesse Ray lost via fall to their Fairmont/MCW opponents.
Picking up wins for the Warriors were Danny Blankenship who defeated Jaxson Rohman by major decision at 113 pounds, and Jon Gehl who defeated Nathan Simmonds 4-1 at 152 pounds.
