Strong winds were definitely present for this year’s Worthington Windsurfing Regatta and Musical Festival. Pictured above are a few of the windsurfers as they participated in Saturday’s events on Lake Okabena in Worthington, MN.
There is a certain beauty to watching windsurfing from the beach….colorful sails, beautiful blue skies, white caps on the lake, and gorgeous green vegetation. Saturday’s Worthington Windsurfing Regatta was enjoyed by a large crowd as they watched both racers and non-racing surfers challenge the winds and waters.
