The Murray County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 24, 2017, commencing at 7:30 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following request:
Applicant: Daniel & Monica Dingmann
Property Location: Easterly 5’ of Owanka Coded Lot 52 and all of Owanka Coded Lot 53, in Section 29, Shetek Township, Murray County
Application: Requesting an after the fact variance from the required 15 foot height limit for a non-water-oriented structure in the Shoreland District of a general development lake.
