The Murray County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 27, 2017, commencing at 7:30 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following requests in the order listed below:
1. Applicant: Doug, Jerry & Jared Brake
Property Location: SE1/4, Section 34, Fenton Township, Murray County
Application: To expand an existing feedlot by constructing a total confinement barn with concrete manure storage pit in the Agriculture District.
2. Applicant: Leo Community Solar Garden, LLC
Property Location: NW1/4, Section 23, Leeds Township, Murray County
Application: To construct and operate a 1 MW Community Solar Garden in the Agriculture District.
3. Applicant: Auriga Community Solar Garden, LLC
Property Location: NE1/4, Section 21, Slayton Township, Murray County
Application: To construct and operate a 1 MW Community Solar Garden in the Agriculture District.
