The Fulda City Council met Monday July 10, 2017. In the public forum, Dave Dardis spoke of his rezoning request for a building that is zoned commercial and he would like it rezoned to residential. The zoning board had rejected the request. Dardis provided explanations of his request and drawings. The council spoke of a public hearing and tabled the discussion.
Kristen Lubben wanted to know about the possibility of a bait shop next to her home on the banks of Seven Mile Lake on the west side near the county park. The project was approved
Chuck Lursen had questions about his building permit that was denied the month before, it was for a garage that would be set it in front of his house. Lursen said he could put it on the side of an existing garage and then there was a question of having enough space. No decisions were made.
