Although Ben Olsem never imagined that he would like a job so much, he admits that he is happily flying high in his dream job as an ag aerial applicator.

Olsem Aerial Application Services, LLC is located on County 13 near Westbrook, MN. It is owned and operated by Ben and Megan Olsem, along with their friend and employee, Tobin Richards, also of Westbrook.

Olsem Aerial Application Service, LLC provides crop protection products, crop nutrients and cover crops in southwestern Minnesota. Ben said, “As local commercial applicators, we take great pride in the role of helping farmers produce a safe, affordable and abundant supply of food, fiber, and bio-fuel.”

Ben is a 2006 graduate of Westbrook Walnut Grove High School. Upon graduating from Westbrook-Walnut Grove High School, Ben attended classes in Ely, Minnesota, for fisheries and wild life management.
