Summary: Ordinance 225 adds text amendments to chapter 32.12 section B, for parcels in Rural Service District.
“The rural service district as of the date of adoption of this subchapter shall be comprised of the following parcels of land in the city:
Parcel ID No. 25-026-0320 52.94 acres
Parcel ID No. 25-026-0300 58.22 acres”
The revision of Ordinance 225, passed on Monday 08-17-2017, is on file at Fulda City Hall, 102 3rd Street N.E. Fulda, MN for review from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
