Fulda Area Credit Union employees took part in handing out $5 bills at six different grocery stores in the five towns that they service in order to help community members with their grocery purchases. Each recipient was given an envelope with a $5.00 bill inside of it as well as a listing of other ideas on how they could, in turn, “Pay It Forward” without spending money. Each recipient was also thanked for shopping local. In the photo above, Fulda Area Credit Union President, Linda Jacobson, is pictured with Matt Wood, who was one of the recipients of the Pay It Forward grocery money.
The communities served by Fulda Area Credit Union are Fulda, Worthington, Windom, Jackson and Mountain Lake.
