Fulda Memorial Library now has board games to check out and play at home. Board games first hit our local shelves in 2015 when the library participated in International Games Day @ Your Library – a worldwide celebration of gaming in libraries. Just two years later, over 30+ games are ready to be circulated among patrons.
Several of the games have been collected through donations – either from local residents or directly from game publishers willing to contribute to public libraries. A few titles were won as prizes during a Tri-Con – a regional convention that features board games, card games, video games which is held twice a year in South Sioux City, Nebraska.
