The Murray County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, October 17. Warrants were reviewed and accepted for payment as were the ditch bills.
Auditor/treasurer Heidi Winter was instructed to make partial payment #3A of $93,706.75 to Loo Con, Inc. for work on Judicial Ditch #8 in Cameron Township. Total for the project is $363,286.53.
Howard Konkol, ditch inspector, presented six ditch petitions for repair: Judicial
#14 Chanarambie Township Section 16, County Ditch #40 Bondin Township Section 25; CD #14 Chanarambie Section 14, JD #11 Belfast Township Section 31 & 32 and JD #14 Chanarambie Section 9; CD #68 Slayton Township Section 21 to identify tile lines for a solar garden proposal. The commissioners requested an update on the joint open ditch with Nobles County repair. No work has been done as to the present time for the repair.
