A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
October 24, 2017, 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Kluis, Magnus, Jens and Thiner. Also, present Aurora Heard and Travis Smith. Excused Absence: Commissioner Lori Gunnink.
MSP to approve the agenda as modified.
MSP to approve consent agenda item 1.
MSP to approve ditch contractor bills for County Ditches No. 11, 41 and Judicial Ditches No. 3, 8 totaling $28,553.30.
MSP to approve ditch inspection report for County Ditches 20, 62 and Judicial Ditch No. 11.
MSP to approve County Attorney Smith adding language to the lease agreement between the County and Murray County School District to lease the parking lot between the Courts building and Government Center after 5:00 p.m.
MSP Resolution No. 2017-10-24-01, Resolution Setting 2018 Employer Contribution to Murray County Cafeteria Plan, Including VEBA/HSA Accounts.
MSP Resolution No. 2017-10-24-02, Resolution Regarding 2018 Murray County Health Insurance.
MSP to approve accepting the retirement of Randy Donahue.
MSP to approve appointing Christy Riley as an AMC Delegate.
MSP to approve the Commissioner Vouchers for the period of October 8, 2017 to October 21, 2017.
MSP to approve installing a holding tank for the Lime Lake Park restrooms as long as the contract with the contractor for the boring does not prohibit cancellation.
MSP to approve any Commissioner attend the performance review training on November 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the 4-H building.
