The Kenpo Karate students of Jen Tiesler held a demonstration on November 29th to raise donations for the Fulda Food Shelf.
Each student took to the mat to exhibit basic karate moves, techniques and forms. Technique demonstrated include Checking the Storm, Striking Serpents Head, Dance of Death, Capturing the Storm, Leap from Danger and many others.
Demonstrating the Star Block Form were Miranda Holmes-Paplow, Keegan Lee, Parker Olson, Peysen Gutierrez & Myles Timmerman. Short Form I was demonstrated by Cullen VanderBeek, Dalton Dierks and Dominic Lee. Striking Set Form was demonstrated by Cullen VanderBeek, Alleigh Lorenzen and Kellen Hollahan. Irish Hoolahan demonstrated the Long Form I. Long Form II was performed by Everly Henning, Olivia Wehking and Audra Homandberg. Ryder Henning, Abel Piper and Jaxson Tiesler demonstrated the Short Form III.
