The Murray County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 18, 2018, commencing at 7:00 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following request:
Applicant: Levi Zins
Property Location: SW1/4, Section 29, Bondin Township, Murray County
Application: To vary from the required 300-foot setback to a public drainage ditch and to vary from the ½ mile setback to the nearest rural residence for the construction of a new 900 animal unit feedlot in the Agriculture District.
