Local youth selected to attend boys and girls state by the American Legion and Auxiliary. Kay Fury was chosen as Girl’s Stater with Peggy Leinen as alternate. Dan Uttech will represent Fulda at Boys State with Randy Wisdorf the alternate.

Mary Ann Greenfield and her son, Jim Greenfield open the Fulda Rec on Main Street – Fulda after purchasing new kitchen equipment and doing some extensive remodeling.
Wood Duck Festival to be held July 7th through 10 with the new queen being crowned May 21st. On July 7th the Fulda Germany Band will arrive for the weekend.
Hospice of Murray County was formed in November of 1986 – the first families were served in Slayton in the fall of 1987.
The Fulda City Council has opened the bids for a new fire truck.
Rich and Dorothy Gilbertson are lifelong Fulda Area Residents.

Kindergarten Round Up held at the Fulda Elementary on Friday.
Fulda is among the cities in the area to be awarded state grants for a series of projects designed to improve the supply of affordable housing in rural Minnesota.

That means that Prince Charles’ two sons would be His Royal Highness but the two daughters of Prince Andrew would be mere princesses. It further means that at family get-togethers, William will be referred to as ‘His Royal Highness’ and Harry will be referred to as ‘The Other Royal Highness’ and the two granddaughters would be referred to as ‘the girls’.
