Indoor Easter Egg and Bunny Trail

Although Saturday’s weather didn’t allow for an outdoor Easter Egg Hunt at Maple Lawn Senior Care, it didn’t affect the activities that had been moved indoors.

At 9 a.m. a host of children, accompanied by their parents and/or grandparents began to arrive at Maple Lawn Senior Care for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt. What they found was the Easter Bunny in the living room, ready to greet children of all ages from 0 to 100.  After having their photos taken with the Easter Bunny, the children were instructed to hop along the purple bunny trail and find  ten eggs to place in their Easter baskets.

Many of the smallest children were fascinated with meeting the Easter Bunny and took time to sit on his lap. Some were having nothing to do with that big, white, fluffy bunny rabbit, but they were in awe of having the fun of picking up ten eggs from huge baskets filled with brightly colored Easter eggs.
