Nobles Cooperative Electric held its Annual Meeting April 5 at the Fulda High School Gymnasium with 225 registered members.
The business meeting included reports from Nobles Cooperative Electric President Ronald Schwartau and General Manager Adam Tromblay, along with President and Chief Executive Officer David Saggau from Great River Energy.
Director Ronald Schwartau was re-elected from District 1, Director Lee York was re-elected from District 2 and Director Gary Sieve was re-elected from District 7 to serve a three-year term.
The Nominating Committee member candidates elected were Verlyn DeKam from District 4 and John Ahlers from District 6.
The board held a reorganization meeting and elected officers: Ronald Schwartau, president; Lee York, vice president; and David Clarke, secretary/treasurer.
Nobles Cooperative Electric serves approximately 6,700 members in Murray and Nobles Counties with a strong commitment to the communities they serve.
