“Animals Should Definitely Not Wear Clothing!” exclaimed Fulda Memorial Library employee Dwayna Paplow as she began the reading of the book by the same name. “But why not?” One young St. Paul’s Lutheran School student quickly asked?
With a chuckle, Paplow replied, “Let’s read the book and find out why “Animals Should Definitely Not Wear Clothing”!”
The book is the work of author Judi Barrett with drawings by Ron Barrett. It was read to the St. Paul’s Lutheran School students and the residents of Maple Lawn Senior Care on Wednesday afternoon at the Care Center.
It will be read to a large number of children at a future Story Hour at Fulda Memorial Library.
The reading was held to celebrate National Library Week, April 8-14, 2018.
