Lisa Staples as Activity Fund Representative for Superintendent Luther Onken. Designation of Building Principals as Section 504 Coordinators. The Fulda Free Press is the official newspaper. Rupp, Anderspn, Squires and Waldspurger, P.A. as District Legal Counsel designation. The designation of First National Bank as the depository; MN Liquid assets, Fulda Credit, and the First National Bank as depository; Bremer Bank of Marshall as depository for wire transfers. Authorize payment of salaries, transportation, water and sewer bills, heating oil, natural gas and district credit card bills when due. The approval for the resignation Kaitlin Rohlik as an elementary teacher. Melissa Kramer was hired as a elementary teacher.
In new business, there was an increase of $.50 per hour for substitute teacher pay, paraprofessional, Custodial, Food Service and Food Services & Food Service Manager Sub Pay Rates.
The lunch room prices will have a ten cent increase.
Bids for milk were approved for Dean’s Foods (Land O Lakes), Pan O Gold was the low bidder for bread products. Softener salt bid goes to Ramerth Hardware. Petroleum products low bidder was Hwy 59. Snow removal was given to Gass Trenching at $100 per hour instead of low bidder Meyeraans at $80 per hour.
The resolution approving the school district 505 long-term faculty maintenance ten year plan, revenue projection and statement of assurance was passed.
A copier contract for three machines was awarded to the One Office Solutions, Worthington.
The bussing contract went to Witzel Bus Service.
The District Hand Book was approved six to one with Theane Pagel voting against.
