St. Paul’s Lutheran School observed their very last day of the 2017-2018 school year by sharing their pets with the residents of Maplewood Court, Maple Lawn Senior Care, and Mapleview Estates.

In the pet line-up were two dogs, an adult calico cat as well as several kittens including a mother cat with her four babies, baby ducks and a chick, a toad, hamsters, a miniature Shetland pony and a full-size horse who cheerfully gave students rides.

A large number of questions were asked of the St. Paul’s Lutheran School students by the residents as to the names and breeds of their pets, how old the pets were and what grade the students were just completing, as well as what their plans for the summer are.

St. Paul’s Lutheran School students have shared their pets with residents a Maple Lawn Senior Care Campus for many years. It is an event that is enjoyed by the students and residents alike.
