On Tuesday afternoon, Fulda American Legion Post #318 Auxiliary President and Poppy Committee chairperson, Barb Kruger, announced three Fulda Elementary School sixth graders as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of the annual Poppy Poster Contest. First place went to Sydney Hieronimus who received $15.00 cash, second place was presented to Gracie Warborg who received $10.00 cash and Olivia Wehking was the third place winner receiving $5.00 cash. All of the sixth grade poster entries were on display during Monday’s Memorial Day Program held at Fulda High School.
