Ms. Tock (a.k.a Margo McCreary) brought her On-Time Circus to Fulda City Park on Monday afternoon. The puppeteer arrived in the city with her feisty dog, Jack, a diva chicken by the name of Jessamine, her beloved Grandfather Clock, and a trouble-causing cuckoo bird and a troupe of athletic mice.
Ms. Tock wanted to share her knowledge about being on time with the audience. She had studied time with her beloved Grandfather Clock, who, when not taking a nap, is performing in the On-Time Circus.
