Letter to the Editor,
I have worked with Randy Donahue for a little over 8 years in my role as the Director of the Emergency Communication Networks Division, Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
Mr. Donahue demonstrates a strong passion and commitment to public safety. Not only has Randy worked as a Chief Deputy for the county, he has been instrumental in making sure that all public safety personnel across the State of Minnesota are able to communicate over the radio with each other during emergency events. He has spent countless hours driving across the state training emergency responders and offering advice on use of the ARMER Statewide radio system as well as other public safety communications such as 911 and wireless broadband. He has also been committed to assisting those public safety responders along the border in IA, SD and WI to seamlessly communicate with Minnesota fire, law and ambulance responders during emergencies that cross the borders.
I believe that Randy will put his passion to work for citizens in your county.
