PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Managers of the Heron Lake Wa- tershed District (HLWD) proposes to adopt the following budget for the year
2019 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 103D.905 Subdivision 3.

A hearing on the foregoing shall be held by the board of managers on the 28th day of August, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. at the Heron Lake Community Center located at 312 Tenth Street in the City of Heron Lake, Minnesota.
