The Fulda Raider girls volleyball team have a tough first couple of match ups as they took on Windom on August 23rd away and Worthington on August 28 at home.
In Thursday nights game at Windom the Eagles jumped out to control the game winning the night in three 25-10, 25-6, and 25-5.
The Raiders had a little better luck on their home court on Tuesday night against the Trojans but still fell short loosing 3-0 with scores of 25-17, 25-6 and 25-13.
Leading the girls at the net was Evany Luna with four kills and Chrissy Hermeling put up 10 set assists. McKenzie Evers worked the back row as she came up with nine digs on the night.
The 0-2 Raiders travel to Luverne on September 4th and will take part in the WWG tournament on Saturday, September 8th. Their next home meet comes on September 10th when they take on Pipestone.
