The Murray County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 27, 2018, commencing at 5:00 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following request:
Applicants: Roger & Deanna Heyl
Property Location: West ½ Lot 5 and All of Lot 6, Shady Rest, Section 22, Lake Sarah Township, Murray County
Application: To vary from the required structure setback to the property line for a substandard lot on a general development lake in the Shoreland Residential District.
All interested parties are invited to attend.
