Answering an on-going demand for more space and more machines, Fulda Vitality Fitness will soon open its doors at 101 N. St. Paul Avenue. Their new location is across the street from where the fitness center has been. “Members’ cards will stop working in the old location next to Fulda Family Chiropractic at 5 a.m. on Monday, September 24th and they will begin working at our new location at 6 p.m. Friday evening, September 28th,” owners Matt and Shannon Cowdin stated.
The Grand Re-Opening is planned for Friday, September 28th, 6 – 8 p.m.; Saturday, September 29th, 9 – 3 p.m., and Sunday, September 30th, noon to 3 p.m. “Jen Tiesler, Warrior Training Academy, will be holding karate demonstrations on Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. We will also have people on hand to show others how to operate the equipment. Snacks will be available,” Shannon said.
The new location of Fulda Vitality Fitness allows for several more machines including bench presses, free weights, heavier weights, kettlebells, select drive machines, tread mills, ellipticals, and cardio equipment.
