A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
September 25, 2018, 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Jens, Gunnink, Kluis, Magnus and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard, Excused Absence: Travis Smith.
MSP to approve the agenda as modified.
MSP to approve the minutes from September 18, 2018.
MSP to approve ditch contractor bills for Judicial Ditch No. 3 totaling $17,627.00.
MSP to approve ditch contractor bills for County Ditches No. 20, 22, 57 and Judicial Ditches No. 14 totaling $24,339.37.
MSP Resolution No. 2018-09-25-01, Resolution Regarding 2019 Murray County Health Insurance
MSP Resolution No. 2018-09-25-02, Resolution Setting 2019 Employer Contribution to Murray County Cafeteria Plan, Including VEBA/HSA Accounts
MSP to approve promoting Chris Baumberger to a Deputy Assessor (CMA), due to him obtaining his CMA license.
MSP to approve the Commissioner Vouchers for the period of September 9, 2018 to September 22, 2018.
MSP to approve adding Jon Bloemendaal to the agenda to discuss the amount of material brought in due to the floods.
Open Forum/Public Comment – No members of the public were present.
MSP Resolution No. 2018-09-25-03, Resolution Setting the 2019 Preliminary Levy and Budget Hearing.
