To the Citizens of Murray County,
My name is Roger Wipperman; I am a retired peace officer. Although I am no longer a resident of Murray County, I had the opportunity of being employe by the Murray County Sheriff’s office as a Deputy Sheriff under Sheriff Orville Muck and Sheriff Dick Kottom. I worked with then Deputy Telkamp and Chief Paul Kenney during Sheriff Kottom’s term as Murray county Sheriff.
During this time I worked with both officers and believe that Chief Kenney possesses the character, ethics and professionalism that would be a credit to the Murray County Sheriff’s Dept. and what is why I whole heartily endorse Chief Paul Kenney for the office of Murray County Sheriff.
