Public Notice
The Murray County Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings on Thursday, November 15, 2018, commencing at 7:00 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following requests in the order listed below:
1. Applicants: Dan & Marcia Dolezal
Property Location: Lot 11, Block 1, West Shore Acres, Section 30, Shetek Township, Murray County
Application: To vary from the required maximum allowed elevation for riprap on a shoreline for a lot on a general development lake in the Shoreland Residential District.
2. Applicants: Clayton & Karen Torbert
Property Location: 1.48 acres in the SW1/4 NE1/4, Section 10, Slayton Township, Murray County
Application: To vary from the required structure setback to the property line in the Agriculture and Shoreland Districts.
