FINAL ACCEPTANCE HEARING
IMPROVEMENT OF MAIN TILE AND BRANCH B & D AND LATERAL NO. 1 MURRAY COUNTY DITCH 35
The Engineer’s Final Construction Report for the Improvement of the Main Tile and Branch B & D and Lateral No. 1 Murray County Ditch 35 has been filed with the Murray County Drainage Authority. The drainage authority will meet on July 15, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Room of the Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN to hold a Final Acceptance Hearing on the construction contract with Loo Con, Inc. Any party objecting to the acceptance of the contract may appear and be heard.
